History
NBC has evolved over the past 10 years. The CONBC was re-launched in 2003 to better reflect the economic basis of the City of Newport in that it small firms, increased growth, recognises importance small firms to cities economy and growth in both new technology based and leisure industry.
With the help of a number of sponsors, and business clients, a new committee was formed under Chair Janet Harris before handing over to her successor as Chair, Jonathan H Deacon. Jonathan has been succeeded by Kara Williams and now Neil Underwood.
The CONBC is now confident of moving forward in a very positive way & servicing the needs of its members to maximum effect.
