Derek Brockway, TV weatherman and star of the BBC series weatherman walking, to share his story with Newport Business Club.
Derek Brockway, legendary weatherman and TV personality will be the speaker at the next meeting of the City of Newport Business Club on Thursday 6th October 2016 at 5.30 p.m.
The Club, which meets at the Celtic Manor, hosts a series of events each year, with the aim of bringing local business people together to network, as well as enjoying good food and drink.
Chairman Dan Goulding commented, “We are delighted that Derek will be our speaker on the 6th October. He’s a familiar face to all of us as a TV presenter and has enjoyed a varied and interesting career as a meteorologist. We are really looking forward to welcoming Derek and listening to him recount some of the highlights of his career so far.”
